Ok.. Today was not the best day to train, especially not heavy... my throat hurts and I'm husky.
I tried to do a new personal record in squat, 3RM anyway...
Squat: 250x3 !!!! PB!!! Good and deep! 265x1 PB!
The pb om 265 was ok, but it can be better. I think that I have the basic strength to be able to make 275 Raw in a couple of weeks. But because I have gear training in front of me I'll have to wait until the next basic training.
Benchpress: ok Now I was really tiered.
175x1, 185x1 (missed the second rep...)
150x9. I counted wrong and realised that I had 1 rep left, but I missed it later...

Ok.. One of my worst deadlift sessions EVER!
I sewed my suit LITTLE to much in the shoulders to get more help, but it became fucked up. I missed 315 kg 3 times in a ROW In at the knees. Everybody said it was because of the shoulders, they made my technique bad. Until next session I will try to find an old deadlift suit. . . .

Squat: 260x1, 300x1, 320x1, 340x1, 350 bom at the middle... I think it is because my suit is much bigger now than before. The warps wore not 100% hard also...

Benchpress. Today I had some problems with the technique: But I had good strength.
225x1, 235x1, 240 (first boom. The barbell fell towards my face). 240 again: I had a lowered the barbell quite much in the middle, that much so I usally would have missed the lift. But I pressed up the barbell anyway after lowering it.
242,5 Was also a technique miss... Lowered Once there also. but I came up with the weight !

Today my goal was to manage 315 kg, because the 3 misses last session.
It did not start well... I missed 315 at the first attempt. After looking at the movie I saw that The miss was because my hips were too high. I tried again and I succeed. OK!
I have a film from the 240 benchpress from Wednesday.
I am very impressed with myself, even thought the lift would not be approved I showed that I had much strength. See for your self.
For those that have been following my training, you know that the last sessions have not been the best... I have had problems both with the squat and the deadlift.
This competition was important for myself, to get a good confidence again. And also to have a place in the National team again. I will compete in norway at the European nationals in June.
I had 8/9 lift and the best lift was the benchpress on 242,5 kg I think! The squat on 355 was GOOD but the judges did not think so.
