I haven't updated my training log for a while. I was at the surgery on tuesday. They operated my right sideband of the knee. Operation went good. It was broken off. It damaged in russia while warming up to squat. I didn't know it was broken. I squatted with that knee all my squats. I also injured my back on my last squat attempt. It was 1152 lb and it was world record attempt at 308. That's the reason why i couldn't do anymore deadlifts than my opening. There were nothing big damage in my back. Naprapath fixed my back last week and there's nothing wrong with it anymore. They also took x-ray from my back bone and it was on excellent condition. I have to wear adjustable support system on my knee for a 4 weeks now. I think that i can start to train hard at may 2008. My feelings are good now and i focus to help other trainers in METAL Gym. I'll be back...
