Forum member Schrotti ( -125 kg ) finished in 3 place at the GPC european championships.

Squat 400 kg
Bench Press 245 kg
Deadlift 310 kg
Total 955 kg

Congratiulations Schrotti! Lets go for 1000 kg at the nationals.

1. Place European Championchips WPC 2004
2. Place GPC World Championchips Benchpress 2005
2. place GPC World-Championchips Powerlifting 2005
2x national champion powerlifting 2004/ 2006
1x national champion benchpress 2007
East-German-Bodybuilding Champion -80kg 2007
3. place GPC European Championchips 2007
national rekord holder benchpress -75kg - 207,5kg (powerlifting)
national rekord holder benchpress -82,5kg - 212,5kg (powerlifting)
national rekord holder total -75kg - 730kg

my Trainings-place is Leipzig, a normal GYM

the videos are from the GPC European Championchips at the Last weekend

i and westside come come from nuernberg in bavaria. we are train in a powerlifting-club.

i make wpc and gpc meets.

my attemps: squat: 270, 290x , 300no lift ! bench: 195, 202,5 ; 207,5 (national rekord)
dead: 235x, 235, 252,5 ; Total: 730 (national rekord)
best bencher of the competition in powerlifting at -75 and -82,5 class Smile
