I havent wrote anything in a while, that´s because i were injured during the JEC in my knee and I haven´t train that good during the summer.
Some new facts about me:
I am 21 years old and I am on my way up in the 110 kg class (104 kg in the morning)
I started to train in the gym when I was about 14 years old, autumn 2000
Since that i have beeb training constant.
My merits are now:
3 gold medals at the national championship as a subjunior
1 gold medal at the swedish national championship as a junior
1 gold medal at the open national championship as a junior
1 silver medal at the swedish national championship as a junior
1 gold medal at the Nordic championship as a subjunior
1 silver medal at the Nordic championship as a junior
1 brons medal at the worldchampionship as a subjunior
4:th place at the JEC as a junior
1 goldmedal and best lifter overall at the JEC as a junior
1 silvermedal at the JWC as a junior
1 goldmedal at the JWC as a junior
Swedish records as a subjunior:
82,5 - deadlift 245 kg
90 - deadlift 285 kg
100 - deadlift 287,5 kg
Nordic records as a subjunior:
82,5 - deadlift 245 kg
90 - deadlift 285 kg

thank you Rani. I don´t think I will weigh in the super heavy anytime. I don´t think i will weigh more than 110 kg for many years. My weight at practise this day was 103,75 kg.
Deadlift with belt
1*5*50, 1*5*100, 1*3*150, 1*3*180, 1*1*220, 1*1*250
Deadlift with full gear
1*1*300, 1*1*330 (this was really really easy), 2*1*350
I tried 2 times at 350 kg because my first lift was almost done when the bar just slipped out of my hands, I usaually just lift with the bar in my s but 350 was too heavy so i tried again and grabbed the bar with my hole hand. The grip was no problem but I only came half the way  |

This weekend i will going to compete.
Training has gone really good now since my knee got better, I think if it goes really good I can do maybe 360-230-350. I think my start weights will be 330-220-320. The start weight in benchpress are really high. But it´s no chance that i can come down with less than 220 maybe I have too raise the weight to 235 or something. I don´t have any other shirts for the moment because i orderd a little too late because i didn´t care about this competition. I think it will come movies from the competition in sunday or monday after the competition.
It´s a little strange in the squat now. I have been stronger without equipment but weeker with the equipment. I hope it depends on my knee injury. I haven´t done any practise with the gear during that period. I hope it will go better during the autumn. I have at least 3 more competitions this year. |

That is common when you haven't train with gear long time. But it don't take long when you lift more than before when you start to use gear again. |
