Had a great session with my Metal Ace, I have a new coach now Chris James. If you havent heared of this guy he has one of the strongest grips in the world. The guy is freaky strong and is coaching me up to the WPC world championships. He has been a big help over the last few weeks aswel as my training partner Luke Healey and Keith Bowen. |

Friday last heavy deadlift session
set 1 60kg 5 rep's
set 2 100kg 1 rep
set 3 140kg 1 rep
set 4 180kg 1 rep
set 5 220kg 1 rep
set 6 260kg 1 rep
set 7 300kg 1 rep
set 8 315kg 1 rep
All weights felt easy with plenty of speed, didnt tax myself with this session. I find pulling narrow you use a lot of abs to finish the lift so I'm happy I have trained my core very hard for this meet. |

Training is all wrapped up now, feeling very good for the show. Hoping to have a nice easy flight across to Miami. This should be one of the best powerlifting shows I've ever lifted in. Good luck to everyone that's lifting, I'm going all out to see you there.
Go team Metal |
